The equipment listed below are all included as part of the Day Delegate Rate:

- Procon control system
- Sanyo LCD projector
- Wireless internet access
- DVD/VHS player
- Hearing Loop (available in Boardroom, B & F)
- OHP Flipcharts, paper & pens
- Technical support

Any additional AV requirements can be met if pre-requested. These are at additional cost to the Delegate Rate.
