Conference Lunch Menus
For lunch we offer a self service meal in the de Havilland restaurant. Guests can select from a choice of 3 hot main courses (including one meat, one fish and one vegetarian selection), a salad bar, cold meat and fish selection, jacket potatoes and a hot or cold dessert.
Water will be available on the tables.
Example Menu (1st Day)
- Tandori chicken served on a bed of pilau rice with a fresh mint and
- tomato sambol and spicy papadum

Beer battered fillet of cod served with mushy peas and chips

Penne Pasta Provençal - penne with a tomato and olive sauce topped
- with shavings of fresh parmesan

Eton Mess - dessert of strawberries, meringue and fresh cream

- Warm chocolate brownie - served with vanilla ice cream

Manchester tart - sweet pastry topped with strawberry jam, thick custard
